\nParticular attention is paid to the packaging, which will be chosen and selected according to the nature of the product. The customer must check the intactness of the packaging at the time of delivery and sign the receipt form, if this is not possible any damage must be reported WITHIN TWO WORKING DAYS from receipt of goods. This procedure must also be followed in case of defects or damage to the goods.<\/p>\n

CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/strong>
\nOrders are accepted only in written form, via the Internet(on line). The customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail after the completion of the order. However, the order will only be considered valid and accepted after the \u201cConfirmation of payment\u201d sent by the bank, depending on the method of payment chosen. Prices and payments are in Euro.<\/p>\n

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong>
\nAccording to the D.Lgs. n.185\/99 the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving an explanation within a period of ten working days from the day of the receipt of the products.
\nThere is no right of withdrawal from the contract when it comes to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized (for colour, size, fabric \u2026) or which, by their nature, can not be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
\nThe Right of Withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the prescribed period, a written communication to the address: Leccisi Emanuela d.i. Via Putignani 150\/a \u2013 70122 Bari \u2013 Italy by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The communication may also be sent, within the same period, by telegram, telex or facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the next 48 hours.
\nIf the goods have been delivered, you are required to return them to us within a period of ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The returned products must be intact and in their original packaging. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer and the shipment is their responsibility.
\nIf you exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions set out above, our company is required to refund the amount paid by you. The refund will be free of charge and as soon as possible from the date on which we receive the goods.<\/p>\n

SHIPMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Leccisi Emanuela d.i. provides ground floor delivery. Ground floor deliveries will be made, unless otherwise agreed, by couriers appointed by Leccisi Emanuela d.i.. The delivery date will be indicated once the order has been received and Leccisi Emanuela d.i. will keep its customers informed, via e-mail, of the progress of the order. The efficiency and compliance with delivery times can be facilitated by a precise compilation of the destination data of the goods, (name and surname of the recipient, full address, name on the intercom if different from that of the recipient, place of delivery \u2026) a telephone number to arrange delivery with the courier and other additional information, such as any traffic restrictions (historic centres and limited areas, for which a supplement is required), is essential for the successful delivery of the goods. The delivery date indicated, may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (delays by our manufacturers and \/or suppliers) and for anything else that was out of our control. The assembly and unpacking of the goods, of the ground floor delivery, is the responsibility of the customer, as well as the possible delivery of products to the lower or upper floors, the customer can still inform us, at the time of ordering, regarding any needs for special deliveries.
